Instructor teaching a classroom of ETC students
Est. 1990 · 34 years of training

Perinthalmanna's most trusted technical training institution.

Our mission

A single, clear measure of success

ETC was founded on a conviction that vocational education in Kerala had a gap: too much theory, too little of what employers actually valued. We set out to close that gap.

Every course we offer, every piece of equipment we buy, every employer relationship we build, it all points to one outcome: a graduate who is employed, confident in their skill, and proud of what they learned here.

Thirty-four years later, that mission hasn't changed. It has only gotten sharper.

"We do not measure success by how many students enrol. We measure it by how many graduates are working."
