ETC was founded on a conviction that vocational education fails when it prioritises certification over skill. We close that gap. We think that employers actually value practical skills.

Every course we offer, every piece of equipment we buy, every instructor we hire is chosen to close that gap. We do not measure success by how many students enrol. We measure it by how many are employed when they leave.

Thirty-four years later, that mission hasn't changed. It has only sharpened.

JSS is a nodal agency under the Ministry of Education that promotes vocational training for non-literate and neo-literate adults. ETC's JSS-affiliated certificates are recognised at a national level.

BSS promotes technical literacy and skill development across India. Affiliation with BSS gives ETC graduates access to a national credential framework recognised by employers.

C-DIT is the IT arm of the Kerala government. C-DIT certification is specifically recognised by Kerala government departments and private employers across the state.
